Exploring our connection to food.
For us, food has never just been about what’s on the plate.
It's late nights in the kitchen, the chaos of family dinners, the comfort of something homemade after a long day. Its where memories are made, stories are shared and people come back together.
After years in the restaurant industry, we realized what we missed most wasn’t just cooking- it was the connection.
That’s what The Gathering Table is built on.
Real food meant to be shared.
MEET THE HEART BEHIND THE GATHERING TABLE
Samantha Denniston
Cofounder | Baker | Bringing thoughtful details to life
I’ve always been drawn to the feeling baking creates- comfort, connection and the little moments that bring people together.
Before starting The Gathering Table, I spent years in the restaurant industry, eventually returning to my work as a CNA while raising our family. But I never lost that love for creating- especially when it comes to baking.
From homemade cookies to cinnamon buns and everything in between, I’ve found that baking is my way of slowing things down and making something meaningful to share.
As a mom of four, I know how important it is to gather, even in the middle of busy, chaotic days. That’s what I bring into this business- the heart, the warmth and the details that make people feel at home.
Brandon Denniston
Cofounder | Private Chef | Culinary Experience Creator
Brandon’s passion for cooking started long before The Gathering Table.
With years of experience in the restaurant industry- including time as an executive chef- he brings both skills and creativity into ever dish he creates.
After stepping away from the demanding restaurant schedule to focus more on family he found himself missing the kitchen- the energy, the creativity and the ability to bring people together through food.
That’s where The Gathering Table came in.
Now through pop-ups, private chef experiences and curated menus, Brandon is able to do what he loves most- create food that feels elevated, intentional and meant to be shared
